As Senior Business Manager at TCS Pace Port Amsterdam, I help organisations reimagine how they create value — blending Service Design, AI strategy, and human insight to deliver meaningful innovation at scale.

I believe that companies which are digital at their core, value-led and customer-obsessed will be the ones thriving in the future. My mission: to push boundaries — igniting collaboration across ecosystems, shaping human-centred services, and turning ideas into testable, scalable realities.

Since 2016, I’ve also been teaching Service Design and Innovation, helping the next generation of designers and leaders navigate the intersection of human creativity and intelligent technology.

After a decade in London, my family and I traded double-deckers for bakfietsen — bringing fresh energy to both life and work in the Netherlands.

I’ve worked across mobility, healthcare, retail, and finance, always drawn to the spaces where technology meets human behaviour and where design can drive meaningful change.

Human-Centred. AI-Enabled. Purpose-Driven.

The Capabilities I Bring to AI Transformation

Translator

Agentic AI doesn’t sit in one team; it touches every corner of the organisation.

I work with business leaders, designers, engineers, and data teams to define how autonomous agents should behave, where they create value, and how they integrate with human workflows. I design the human–AI interactions and the data flows that allow prototypes to grow into scalable, reliable systems.

My role brings alignment, structure, and clarity to multi-stakeholder transformations.

Experiment Lead

Great AI strategies emerge from evidence, not assumptions.

I design and run controlled, real-world experiments that test value, usability, trust, and system behaviour before anything is scaled. These pilots generate the insights leadership needs to invest wisely — and give teams the confidence that the solution will work under real conditions.

My role brings fast, low-risk learning that de-risks investment and accelerates clarity on what should scale, what should change, and what should stop.

Capability Builder

Scaling AI is as much a cultural shift as a technical one.

I build the literacy, rituals, and ways of working that help teams understand, trust, and collaborate with intelligent systems. Through hands-on workshops, playbooks, and guided co-creation, I help organisations develop confidence and competence in human-AI collaboration.

My role brings the foundations for sustainable transformation — preparing teams to adopt AI responsibly, creatively, and with a sense of ownership.

Voice of managers and team

‘Where others have said ‘it's too hard’ Andreas has dived in, set objectives, put a plan in place and ran with it. He leans in and is not afraid to lead others. Andreas is full of ideas and is also capable of executing them. A powerful combo. The planning and structure put in place for the joint-value prop with Edelman were exceptional. I want to bottle what he has done and use it to develop other partnerships.’

— Cain Ullah, Founder
at Red Badger Consulting London

Andreas is definitely a leader of change. He has a strong strategic vision, he is able to express this well and convince stakeholders to choose a new strategic direction. He has excellent presentation skills. He is very engaging and takes the lead in creating mission storyboards to align the team and stakeholders around it. ‘Andreas' sincereness in asking questions and openness to thoughts make it easy to establish a relationship. This allows Andreas to open doors. With his positive relation style he is well informed, connected and trusted to in the organisation.’

— Tom Rijks, Customer Success Director
at TCS PACE Amsterdam

‘One of Andreas’ signature skills is how he approaches any problem with curious optimism and positivity. When others are discouraged and defeated, he sees an opportunity to do better.’

— Sean Gabriel, Product Lead at Birdie

Learning Experiences

Creating & delivering a custom, highly interactive learning experiences for Berghs School of Communications, Stockholm

Role: Course Director / International Advisory Board Member

I completely re-designed the curriculum for ‘UX & Digital Product Design’ in professional education.
In an action-based approach I blend theory with practical application working on real-world projects. Each term was run under a new umbrella theme. Spring 2022: Circular Service Design: 'From ownership to access of products' — Fall 2022: Digital Health: 'Healthy body/Healthy mind'. For any topic, I leverage my network and invite industry experts from companies such as Google, Frog, VanMoof and Digital Catapult.

The students learn to form effective teams, conduct generative research with users and subject matter experts to frame the challenge worth solving, ideate and test value hypothesis. Students learn how to develop a service that is desirable and works. They prepare low-fi prototypes for early user testing, iterate and prepare high-fi prototypes with
Figma, explore real-world constraints and ways to prioritise features for releases. Students learn to present their work as a portfolio case, and conduct productive design critique sessions.

2022 Graduation Show

Voice of students and teaching team

‘I hadn't done a course similar to this in a very long time — with the same energy, tempo, focus and overall gusto. It feels like we're doing something meaningful and important, which means a lot in these times. At the end of the course, I have a portfolio piece that I'm proud to share and new connections with people I want to keep alive. Taking the course was the smartest professional decision I've made in years, and I highly, highly recommend it, especially to people who want to shift into UX research and service design.’

— Student at Berghs School of Communication ‘UX & Digital Product Design’
